1. Account Acceptance By registering an account on SuperBiller, you represent that you are an authorized representative of your business and agree to comply with Indian GST laws and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing - **Starter Free Tier:** Free forever for up to 100 monthly tax invoices and standard layouts. - **Pro Growth & Enterprise Plans:** Billed monthly or annually as chosen. Fees are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.

3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use SuperBiller to issue fraudulent tax invoices, evade GST remittances, or deploy automated scraping bots against our API servers.

4. Intellectual Property All template designs, POS algorithms, and cloud print formatting engines remain the exclusive property of Valorem Stack Private Limited.
